Most of our furniture is made of natural materials, which will have natural differences and the occasional minor blemish. Avoid Deco polish from direct sun rays.
The warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, tampering, natural calamity, negligence, unauthorised usage,continuous contact of water and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage.Warranty does not cover any external accessories.

ডেলিভারি ও অর্ডার সংক্রান্ত শর্তাবলি (Vendor/Seller):

১। Cash on Delivery অর্ডারের জন্য ন্যূনতম ১০% অগ্রিম অর্থ প্রদান আবশ্যক।

২। পণ্যে কোনো ত্রুটি না থাকা সত্ত্বেও যদি গ্রাহক শুধুমাত্র change of mind বা not interested কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল করেন, সে ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ বাবদ অগ্রিম পরিশোধিত অর্থ থেকে কেটে নেওয়া হবে।

৩। Vendor/Seller এর সকল পণ্য ফিটিংসহ ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হবে

৪। গ্রাহকদের অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে, পণ্য গ্রহণের পূর্বে পণ্যটি ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা বা যাচাই করে নিতে। পণ্য গ্রহণের পর কোনো ধরনের অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

৫। পণ্য গ্রাহকের বাসার নিচে বা চত্বর পর্যন্ত পৌঁছে দেওয়া হবে, যদি সেখানে গাড়ি পৌঁছাতে সক্ষম হয়। ফ্ল্যাট বা রুমের ভিতরে পণ্য ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হবে না।

৬। ডেলিভারিম্যান উপস্থিত থাকাকালীন একটি আইটেম ফেরত দেওয়ার বৈধ শর্ত:

Delivery & Order Terms & Conditions (Vendor/Seller)

Advance Payment: A minimum 10% advance payment is required for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Order Cancellation: If the customer cancels the order due to change of mind or lack of interest, while the product is free from any defects, the applicable delivery charge will be deducted from the advance payment.
Delivery with Installation: All products sold by the Vendor/Seller will be delivered with fitting/installation service, where applicable.
Product Inspection: Customers are requested to thoroughly inspect the product before accepting delivery. Once the product has been accepted, no complaints or claims will be entertained.
Delivery Location: The product will be delivered to the ground floor or premises of the customer's building, provided the delivery vehicle has access to the location. Delivery inside the flat, apartment, or room is not included.
Valid Reasons for Returning an Item (Only in the Presence of the Delivery Personnel): A product may be returned only if any of the following conditions are met:

Incorrect product delivered.
Defective or damaged product delivered.
Product delivered with missing parts or accessories.
Incorrect product information or specifications displayed on the website.
