- 🔧 Gas Refill Machine Operating Instructions
⚠️ Extremely Important Safety Warnings:
- Location selection: This work must only be done on an open rooftop or in a well-ventilated outdoor area such as a garden.
- Fire safety: Fire, sparks, or smoking are strictly prohibited.
- Weight limit: Never fill more than 240 grams of gas. Including the can weight, the maximum limit is 340 grams.
- Use of scale: Always use a weighing scale to continuously measure the gas weight.
- Refill process: This gas is mainly filled in liquid form, so it must be refilled in multiple steps using this machine. The lower the internal air pressure of the can, the more gas it can receive.
- 💡 Special Method to Reduce Internal Air Pressure
- After the first refill, within 3–4 minutes about 50–70 grams of gas is normally filled. If gas stops entering afterward, it means the internal air pressure inside the can has increased compared to the liquid gas pressure.
Method 1 (Freezer pressure reduction method)
- Place the gas can in a deep freezer for 30 minutes. Lower temperature reduces pressure and allows up to 240 grams refill.
Method 2 (Releasing air pressure from the can)
- Release about 10–15 grams of internal pressure using the provided blue nozzle. Keep the can upright.
- 📝 Main Refilling Steps
Step 1: Check the small knob (right side)
- - Turn fully right (OFF).
Step 2: Loosen left side parts
- - Loosen upper and lower parts by turning left.
Step 3: Connect to large cylinder
- - Tighten properly and keep cylinder slightly upside down.
Step 4: Attach small gas can
- - Ensure tight, leak-free connection.
Step 5: Gas filling
- - Turn knob left to start flow (1–1.5 minutes).
- - Turn right to stop.
Step 6: Weigh measurement
- - Do not exceed 240 grams.
Step 7: If gas is less
- - Cool in freezer 15–20 minutes and repeat.
- 🔴 Additional Safety Warnings
- - Never overfill gas.
- - Stop if leakage occurs.
- - Keep away from children.
Special Note: Small leakage during refilling is normal. Always work in open air away from fire sources.
