ডেলিভারি ও অর্ডার সংক্রান্ত শর্তাবলি (Laavis Vendor/Seller)

১. ফিটিং সার্ভিস: Laavis Vendor/Seller-এর সকল প্রযোজ্য পণ্য ফিটিং সার্ভিসসহ ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হবে।

২. অগ্রিম অর্থ প্রদান (Cash on Delivery): Cash on Delivery (COD) অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে ন্যূনতম ১০% অগ্রিম অর্থ প্রদান বাধ্যতামূলক।

৩. গ্রাহকের ইচ্ছায় অর্ডার বাতিল: পণ্যে কোনো ত্রুটি না থাকা সত্ত্বেও যদি গ্রাহক শুধুমাত্র Change of Mind বা Not Interested কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল করেন, তবে ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত ব্যয় বাবদ অগ্রিম পরিশোধিত অর্থ থেকে প্রযোজ্য চার্জ কর্তন করা হবে।

৪. পণ্য গ্রহণের পূর্বে যাচাই: গ্রাহককে পণ্য গ্রহণের পূর্বে পণ্যের মডেল, রং, পরিমাণ, অবস্থা এবং অন্যান্য বিষয় ভালোভাবে যাচাই করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। পণ্য গ্রহণ ও ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর এ-সংক্রান্ত অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না, যদি না তা ওয়ারেন্টি বা প্রযোজ্য বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবার আওতাভুক্ত হয়।

৫. ডেলিভারির পরিধি: ডেলিভারি শুধুমাত্র গ্রাহকের বাসা/প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিচতলা বা গাড়ি প্রবেশযোগ্য স্থান পর্যন্ত প্রদান করা হবে। ফ্ল্যাট, রুম বা ভবনের অভ্যন্তরে পণ্য বহন বা স্থাপন ডেলিভারি সেবার অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়, যদি না পূর্বে ভিন্নভাবে লিখিতভাবে সম্মত হওয়া থাকে।

ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য ফেরত গ্রহণের বৈধ কারণসমূহ

ডেলিভারিম্যান উপস্থিত থাকাকালীন নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহক পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারবেন—

• ভুল পণ্য (Wrong Product) ডেলিভারি হলে।
• ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য (Defective/Damaged Product) ডেলিভারি হলে।
• প্রয়োজনীয় যন্ত্রাংশ বা এক্সেসরিজ অসম্পূর্ণ (Missing Parts/Accessories) থাকলে।
• ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত তথ্য, স্পেসিফিকেশন বা কনটেন্টের সঙ্গে পণ্যের অসামঞ্জস্য থাকলে।

উপরোক্ত কারণ ব্যতীত অন্য কোনো কারণে ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য ফেরত গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

Delivery & Order Terms and Conditions (Laavis Vendor/Seller)

1. Fitting Service: All applicable products supplied by Laavis Vendor/Seller will be delivered with fitting/installation service.
2. Advance Payment for Cash on Delivery (COD): A minimum advance payment of 10% is mandatory for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
3. Order Cancellation by Customer: If a customer cancels an order solely due to a change of mind or because they are no longer interested, despite the product being free from any defect, the applicable delivery charge will be deducted from the advance payment.
4. Product Inspection Before Acceptance: Customers are requested to inspect and verify the product, including its model, color, quantity, condition, and specifications, before accepting delivery. Once the product has been accepted and the delivery is completed, no claims or complaints regarding these matters will be entertained, except where covered under the applicable warranty or after-sales service policy.
5. Delivery Scope: Products will be delivered to the ground floor or the nearest location accessible by the delivery vehicle. Delivery inside apartments, rooms, or upper floors is not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Valid Reasons for Returning a Product at the Time of Delivery

A customer may return a product only while the delivery personnel are present and under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect product delivered.
• Defective or damaged product delivered.
• Product delivered with missing parts or accessories.
• The delivered product does not match the information or specifications displayed on the website.

Returns for reasons other than those stated above will not be accepted at the time of delivery.
