TERMS & CONDITION                                            

1.All garments are accepted for laundry and dry cleaning by customer's own risk.
2.We take special care of every garment. However, we are not responsible for natural shrinkage, colour fading, or colour bleeding.
3.Customers must present the original receipt/voucher for any claim.
4.Any claim regarding loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
5.Our maximum liability for any lost or damaged item will be limited to 10 times the service charge paid for that item.
6.Customers are requested to collect their garments within 30 days of the delivery/ready date.
7.Uncollected items after 30 days will be subject to a 10% monthly storage fee.
8.We are not responsible for valuables, money, accessories, or personal items left inside garments.
9.Stain removal depends on the type, age, and condition of the stain. Complete stain removal cannot always be guaranteed.
